The opportunity
As Group Sales Excellence Director, you will:
Define and execute theGroup-wide sales excellence strategy
Build and lead acentral sales excellence team
Standardise and embedsales processes, tools, and performance metrics
Ownsales planning: territory design, quotas, and resource allocation
DriveCRM adoption and data quality(e.g. Dynamics 365)
Deliversales enablement, coaching, and trainingat scale
Partner with GMs and regional leaders to deliverabove-market growth
Lead best practice inpipeline management, new product launches, and digital/SaaS selling
Act as achange agent, driving adoption of new ways of working

Senior leadership experience insales excellence, operations, enablement, or strategy
Proven success in bothlarge corporate and SME environments
Track record ofbuilding teams and scalable sales systems
Strong commercial acumen with clear growth impact
