The firm offers an excellent mix of complex, high-quality audit work with the supportive, collaborative culture of a mid-sized practice.The Opportunity – Audit Manager Role:As Audit Manager, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors including property, technology, manufacturing, and international groups. You'll lead audits from planning through to completion, review work and mentor a team of audit seniors and trainees.The firm offers genuine career progression, flexible hybrid working and a clear route to Senior Manager and beyond. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a long-term, rewarding career in audit and assurance.Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage statutory audit engagements across a varied client base
* Supervise and support audit seniors and assistants
* Ensure audits are completed to a high standard and on time
* Build strong client relationships and act as a point of contact
* Assist with internal training, team development and technical updates
Candidate Requirements:
* ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and auditing standards
* Previous experience managing audit files from planning to completion
* Experience working in a UK accountancy practice
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
