Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hybrid – minimum 4 days per month in the Buckinghamshire office
Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

About the Role This is a newly created opportunity for a Senior Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator to lead on complex and escalated reasonable adjustment requests for professional assessments. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll help shape inclusive practices and uphold high standards across the organisation.Liaise with learners, employers, and training providers to gather evidence and make informed decisions
Ensure compliance with the Equality Act and internal policies
Provide guidance and training to internal teams and external partners
Experience interpreting educational assessments and recommending appropriate support
Confidence working with data and presenting findings
