Job Purpose
We are seeking a Telephone Manager to support the growth within our Wealth Management division, focusing on International Investment Bonds and Tax & Estate Planning, covering a geographical panel in southern England.
Job Summary
* Build strong, long-term relationships with professional adviser firms through multi-level contact strategies including calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
* Generate quality business and manage accounts to optimize sales in the Canada Life wealth division.
* Understand adviser firms’ processes and organizational structures, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets aligned with business plans.
Key Accountabilities
* Manage adviser firms within a geographic area, conducting daily activities via Salesforce, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
* Meet or exceed sales and activity targets across Canada Life’s wealth products.
* Develop and maintain relationships with advisers to maximize product sales and market share.
* Maintain technical knowledge of Canada Life’s international product range.
* Develop account plans, conduct research, and generate sales initiatives.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Experience in financial sales, with a proven track record.
* Experience working with financial advisers and understanding their operations.
* Knowledge of UK taxation and international bonds.
* Familiarity with platforms and discretionary fund managers is desirable.
* Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
* Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
Qualifications
* CII Diploma in Financial Planning – Level 4 or studying towards it.
