The purpose of the PMO Team is to collate and disseminate knowledge, frameworks, and expertise through appropriate tools to enable consistency in SJP's approach to change. The team acts as a central connection point between initiatives, projects, and programmes to ensure alignment with SJP’s strategic plan. It oversees change by effectively tracking budgets, benefits, and interdependencies, while ensuring appropriate reporting, governance, planning, and resourcing are in place. Additionally, the PMO advocates for stakeholders and champions SJP’s culture and behaviours by providing leadership, role modelling, and promoting best practices.
