4. Shifts: Part Time| Days & Nights| 12-hour shifts| Alternate Weekends

Meet Our Client
He is a friendly, engaging young man who enjoys spending quality time with his family, friends, and care team. A passionate football fan and proud Arsenal supporter, he also loves shopping and taking local trips within the community. He would especially value someone who shares or appreciates similar interests.
You will provide care on a 2:1 basis, supporting him throughout the day with all aspects of personal care, manual handling, and clinical needs when required. His care team plays a key role in encouraging and promoting his independence, and one of his long-term goals is to attend college or university once he has a more settled routine.
During the evenings, his team helps him wind down and follow his established bedtime routine, responding promptly to any needs that arise. Overnight, you will complete hourly observations and assist with regular repositioning to ensure he remains comfortable, safe, and well-rested.

What You’ll Need
5. 3 months’ care experience
6. Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
7. Clear communication skills
