Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Regulatory Affairs Associate.
The Regulatory Affairs Associate oversees regulatory activities for medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, and food supplements within UK, Ireland, and Malta. Responsibilities include compilation and submission of applications, resolving Health Authority questions, managing post-approval commitments, and submitting variations or renewal applications. This position reports to the Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs and is based at High Wycombe (hybrid).

What You Will Do
* Assist in the coordination, compilation, and submission of applications to regulatory agencies within UK, Ireland, and Malta.
* Gather and organize information on regulatory requirements for quality, preclinical, and clinical data.
* Prepare and submit regulatory documents according to guidelines.
* Monitor the review process and communicate with Health Authorities.
* Prioritize, plan, and monitor projects against timelines.
* Develop understanding of regulatory environment and data requirements.
* Maintain compliance with local regulations and quality systems.
* Review and approve promotional materials and product artworks.
* Track application progress and update teams.
* Identify and initiate process improvements.
* Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance issues.
* Participate in trade associations and regulatory strategy development.
* Partner with the business to achieve regulatory outcomes.
* Maintain compliance with processes, SOPs, and work instructions.
