Are you a finance professional with an eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy? This Finance Assistant role offers the chance to be a key part of a busy finance team, supporting essential tasks like invoicing, reconciliations, and day-to-day finance operations to help keep everything running smoothly.
The role
* Process purchase invoices and keep records up to date.
* Help with bank reconciliations by matching payments and receipts.
* Raise and send customer invoices when needed.
* Check and update supplier and customer information.
* Use finance systems to input data and run basic reports.
* Support the finance team with general admin and filing.
* Help answer finance-related queries from suppliers or colleagues.
The Person
As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
Essential:
* Be able to demonstrate experience in a finance function experience to include processing invoices.
* Be able to demonstrate experience in a finance function experience to include bank reconciliations.
Desirable:
* Part qualified accountant or IATI/AAT qualification
