Marlborough is currently recruiting for General Operatives / Labourers to join our London team based in Newham and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Taking general instructions from the Foreman and Supervisors
* Shovelling
* Lifting, carrying materials
* Set up pedestrian barriers
* Pick and deliver products using a forklift (training given)
* Trained to operate handheld tools (disc cutter, Whackers)
* General housekeeping -keeping yard open space, internal storage area clean and tidy free from hazards
* Ability to work well in a team and willing to learn
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Full UK Driving Licence
* CSCS card essential but not required
* Ideally previous experience in the construction/highways/civil engineering industry
