The role |
As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to enhance performance and guest experience.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting team growth and maintaining high standards
* Is prepared to run shifts, plan schedules, and coach on the go
* Has an understanding of managing labor and rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
* Recognizes and celebrates great performance on shift
