We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development Manager to build and lead a forward-thinking L&D function that drives growth, performance, and transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our L&D leader, you will:
* Design and deliver a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned to business goals
* Build a blended learning ecosystem across digital, in-person, and on-the-job solutions
* Lead key programmes including:
o Corporate induction redesign
o Apprenticeship framework development
o Sales Academy programme
o Manager Essentials programme
* Conduct a company-wide Training Needs Analysis to identify capability gaps
* Own and manage the L&D budget, reporting, and ROI measurement
* Drive a culture of continuous learning across the organisation
* Manage and optimise learning platforms such as KnowBe4 and GoodHabitz
* Partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions
* Source and manage external providers to ensure high-quality delivery

About You
You will bring:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Learning & Development or Organisational Development
* Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning strategies
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience working across multiple sites or functions
* A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and ROI
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
* Energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for developing people
