Early Years Educator – Students & Graduates Welcome Nurseries & Early Years Settings across Chelmsford September 2025 Start | Flexible Hours & Days Available Level 3 Early Years Qualification Required Are you a student or graduate with a passion for early childhood education? Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow your experience in nurturing, play-based environments, we’d love to hear from you. We’re recruiting Early Years Practitioners for a range of welcoming nurseries and early years settings across the Chelmsford area. It’s a brilliant opportunity for Level 3-qualified candidates—or those studying for a degree in Early Childhood Education—to join supportive teams and help children aged 0–5 thrive. The Role: Support babies, toddlers, or preschoolers through their daily routines and learning Help deliver fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum Get stuck in with sensory play, messy activities, songs, stories and outdoor fun Assist with snack and mealtimes, hygiene routines and smooth transitions Encourage every child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development We’re Looking For: A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years qualification Students or graduates in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent training) A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic nature A genuine passion for working with young children Previous nursery or childcare experience is a bonus, but not essential Why Join Us?
