ServiceNow Impact personalizes customers' digital transformation journeys on the Now Platform and accelerates their time-to-value.

As part of the global customer success organization, this role will help customers unlock business value and accelerate the adoption of ServiceNow products through our technical accelerators.
You will act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert, bringing best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help customers achieve their goals. We have high expectations, and a career at ServiceNow means challenging yourself to always improve.
The ideal candidate has significant experience in ServiceNow development and wants to assist clients with their digital transformation capabilities.
* Present and deliver technical accelerators to complex, large enterprise customers remotely
* Prepare all client-facing and internal technology-related deliverables
* Identify process improvement opportunities, guide best practices, and mentor junior team members
* Help develop new offerings for our technical accelerator portfolio
* Engage with customer requests, including scoping, fulfilling requirements, and resolving escalations
* Demonstrate the product, tailored to customer needs
* Understand business and technical problems addressed by the Customer Success Program, including security and upgrades
* Build strong relationships with other teams
* Drive continuous improvement of our methodology and service offerings based on client feedback
* Mentor resources and review development work
To be successful in this role, you have:
* Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing insights, or exploring AI’s industry impact
* ServiceNow skills & experience with various ServiceNow modules
* Proven experience in developing and delivering ServiceNow solutions in client environments
* Knowledge of LDAP, SAML/SSO, and related integrations
* Experience with AI/ML technology and ServiceNow products like Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Willingness to obtain and maintain ServiceNow certifications
