Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrician's Mate to support qualified electricians on an industrial project in Lowestoft. This is a 2-month contract with an immediate start, offering competitive hourly pay.
The successful candidate will have proven experience assisting with electrical installations and working alongside fully qualified electricians on industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting electricians with industrial electrical installations
* Cable pulling, containment installation (tray, trunking, conduit)
* Preparing and tidying work areas
* Supporting termination and installation works
* Adhering strictly to site health & safety regulations
* Working efficiently as part of a team on a live industrial site
Requirements
* Valid CSCS or ECS Card (essential)
* Proven experience as an Electrician's Mate
* Industrial site experience
* Ability to follow instructions from qualified electricians
* Own PPE and basic hand tools preferred
* Available to start ASAP
