The successful applicant will play a central role in day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and supporting documentation needs. As part of a charitable organization, this role helps ensure smooth internal processes that support our broader mission and commitment to sustainability and procurement. You will be responsible for updating databases with the Environment, Property and Procurement departments and 3rd party platforms.The main duties and responsibilities include:Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting materialsDraft, proofread, and manage correspondence and documentationSupport implementation of sustainability programs and campaignsMaintain accurate records for procurement, environmental and property dataHandle general office duties such as data entry, scanning, responding to inquiries, and supply coordinationMonitor shared mailboxes and deal with daily emails accurately and efficientlyAssist with invoice processing and keeping track of internal approvals and documentationTo succeed in this role, you will have:Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a nonprofit or charity setting desirableExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and comfort handling confidential documentsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word)Professional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work under pressure and prioritise workload For a full job description and person specification please see the link below.About SenseWe believe that every disabled person should have the opportunity to connect with others and be included in the world.
