Group People Director (Job Share)
Location: Manchester
Permanent, Part time (3 days/week)
Salary: Up to £100k per annum (full-time equivalent) + Profit Share + Benefits
About the Role
My client is looking to appoint an HR Director as co-leader working 3 days/week on a job-share basis in central Manchester. This is a strategic position within a global organisation. The role offers an opportunity to build on strong foundations and add a strategic dimension to the people agenda.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leading and shaping the full people agenda, including attraction, skills development, and career progression.
2. Designing and implementing initiatives and frameworks to drive talent management and workforce planning.
3. Use of data and analytics to inform leadership decisions.
4. Acting as a coach and trusted advisor to senior leaders.
My client is ideally looking for a Chartered Member of CIPD (or equivalent) with proven experience in an HR Director or Head of HR role, operating at a senior, startegic level and within a professional services environment.
In addition, strong communication skills are key with the ability to articulate a compelling vision and a track record of delivering initiatives that create positive commercial impact.
Sound generalist HR experience is key including workforce planning and talent management, with a data driven approach.
Some international/global experience is highly advantageous.
