Overview
YeahMonday is seeking a Move Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of moving operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that all moves are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Manage the entire moving process from initial client consultation to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
* Develop and implement project plans using methodologies to ensure timely completion of moves.
* Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines, expectations, and any potential issues that may arise during the moving process.
* Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in moving operations.
* Maintain accurate records of all moves, including costs, timelines, and client feedback for future reference.
* Utilise Salesforce and other systems to track project progress and manage client relationships effectively.
* Perform root cause analysis on any issues that occur during the moving process to prevent future occurrences.
* Collaborate with team members using Basecamp to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
* Proficient in data analysis skills to assess operational efficiency and make informed decisions.
* Experience with cost control measures to ensure budget adherence throughout the moving process.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
* Ability to perform root cause analysis for problem-solving within operational workflows.
* Knowledge of project management tools such as Basecamp is preferred.
