Job Description
I am currently looking to recruit a Senior FP & A Accountant for a global manufacturing business in Blackburn. Reporting into the Head of Business Planning and Performance your key focuses will include:
* Lead periodical budgeting and forecasting
* Build forward-looking financial models and scenario analysis
* Drive insights from operations data to inform strategic decisions
* Identify root causes of variances, and recommend corrective actions
* Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in reporting
* Partner with operations, supply chain, and sales teams on costs/performance
* Facilitate performance reviews
I am looking for candidates who are qualified, who can demonstrate a proven track record in FP & A ideally in a manufacturing and/or product based sector, with strong interpersonal skills allowing you to challenge and influence assumptions to support business decisions.
