Capital City College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Lecturer in Veterinary Nursing to join our dynamic London-based team.
About the Role
The role is part‑time and fixed‑term, commencing in August 2026 with a contract ending in August 2027. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance. They will be responsible for teaching up to Level 3 Veterinary Nursing, delivering learning and assessment in line with the requirements of LANTRA, and inspiring students to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective teaching for veterinary nursing courses.
* Develop and assess teaching materials and curriculum in accordance with the standards of the institute.
* Support students in their learning and pastoral needs.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and innovative teaching approaches.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Veterinary Nursing programme.
About You
* Proven experience in Veterinary Nursing.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
* A commitment to inclusive, learner‑focused teaching.
* Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to acquire one).
