Job Description

Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist – Engineering Services

Location: Midlands| Full-Time | Hybrid/Remote Options Available

What You’ll Do

Sales Research & Outreach

1. Identify and research target companies and decision-makers in engineering, manufacturing, and industrial sectors (Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, Defence)
2. Drive outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and other digital channels to generate qualified leads.
3. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to tailor messaging and engagement strategies.
4. Engineering market analysis to enhance value proposition and development of key differentiators

Digital Marketing Leadership

5. Own and execute our digital marketing strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
6. Create and manage content that showcases our engineering expertise, solutions, and success stories.
7. Monitor analytics and continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion.
8. Lead generation management, campaign development using website management, social media and email marketing.

Thought Leadership & Brand Building

9. Develop and post thought leadership content that positions us as innovators in engineering services.
10. Engage with industry communities, influencers, and partners to amplify our voice using events, brand communications and advertising.
11. Stay ahead of trends in engineering, sustainability, and digital transformation to inform content strategy.

Qualifications

What You Bring

12. Proven experience in B2B sales and digital marketing, ideally within engineering, technical services, or industrial sectors.
13. Strong LinkedIn expertise for both outreach and content marketing.
14. Excellent research and communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
15. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working across teams.
