To provide high-quality pastoral support to students, across all campuses, with a particular focus on Children in Care (CiC) and care-experienced young people. The role aims to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and academic engagement, ensuring that these students feel safe, supported, and empowered to succeed in their educational journey. You will also be required to act as part of the College Safeguarding team.
The successful applicant will have the following qualifications:
* Relevant Level 4 Qualification or significant related experience
* Level 2 Literacy & Numeracy
* Full driving licence and car is essential for this post.
