Our Lettings Team in our Cathays Branch is looking to expand

£27k starting salary

The Role itself:

Working in a fast-paced, stimulating environment where no two days are the same, your duties will initially include (but are not limited to):

* Communicating with applicants and prospective contract holders via phone and email
* Handling a variety of tasks, which may vary depending on business needs. These may include processing documents, data entry, managing correspondence, and providing general office support
* Assisting in the coordination and operational support of all lettings department activities
* Completing audits and maintaining accurate internal reports
* Supporting the front office by handling walk-ins, incoming calls, and general enquiries
* Comfortably switching between desk-based administrative tasks and more hands-on responsibilities as needed to support the wider team

The role will also come with lots of exciting opportunities, including many progression openings in more than one direction

About you

* The ideal candidate will be outgoing and personable, with excellent communication and relationship building skills
* You'll be a dynamic individual who thrives within a busy working environment, with the ability to work both alone and as part of a team
* You will be required to use your own initiative and have a strong eye for detail as well as accuracy
* The ability to be organised and prioritise workload effectively is vital
* A full UK driving licence is essential.

As Wales leading lettings agent we need to be dynamic due to a lot of our work being seasonal. In the summer period, we are busy helping students move into their new homes. Come autumn, it's full of the excitement of matching student applicants with houses for their next academic year. All year round we act as the go between, between Contractors, Landlords & Occupants.
