The Role
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, which may include:
1. Acquisitions and disposals
2. Landlord and tenant matters (acting for both sides)
3. Drafting and negotiating leases and associated documents
4. Development work and secured lending
5. General commercial property advice to a broad client base
Requirements
6. Substantial experience in commercial property law (ideally 5+ PQE, though all levels considered)
7. Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
8. Strong client care and communication skills
9. Availability to start at short notice
