At Medivet, we believe in empowering our people to make a real difference. We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for a passionate and driven Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our Hypercare team as a Practice Development Nurse.
These roles will support one of our divisions working closely with the wider Hypercare team and will require regular travel between clinics.
In this highly collaborative and mobile role, you’ll work closely with our Divisional Veterinary Directors, Operations teams, and clinic teams to deliver quality improvement initiatives that truly elevate patient care and client experience. From leading site visits and deploying impactful toolkits to embedding yourself within clinics to support coaching and team development, you’ll be at the heart of driving positive change.
You’ll play a key role in:
• Enhancing clinic performance through operational excellence and team coaching
• Leading by example, demonstrating best practice
• Championing compliance and nursing standards
• Supporting the delivery of improvements across clinics
• Driving continuous development for our nursing teams, including nurse consult progression
• Elevating the client and patient experience through our agreed Ways of Working and our hub-and-spoke model
Who we’re looking for:
• A qualified RVN with proven experience in clinical practice
• A confident leader who can inspire and support teams across multiple sites
• A proactive problem-solver with strong organisational and communication skills
• Someone who thrives on collaboration and is passionate about clinical excellence
• Experience in multi-site leadership and quality improvement initiatives is essential
