Senior Business Analyst
£65,000 | Permanent | Flexible Hybrid Working
Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for transforming complex operational challenges into seamless digital solutions?

You'll be at the forefront of change, shaping the future of a critical service used by thousands of professionals across the UK. Working closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and end users, you'll drive forward a solution that has real-world impact, influencing how essential decisions are made and regulated.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading the end-to-end discovery, analysis, and design of business processes for a large-scale workflow solution
* Translating complex operational requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for technical teams
* Running workshops with diverse stakeholders, from frontline users to senior leadership
* Defining escalation points, exception handling, and governance for operational workflows
* Championing structured documentation, change control, and quality assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle
* Acting as the go-to person for process integrity, stakeholder management, and solution alignment
* What We’re Looking For:
o 8–10 years+ of hands-on Business Analysis experience, ideally in regulated or operationally intense environments
o Proven track record delivering applications that support daily business processes – whether low-code (e.g., Appian, Power Platform) or bespoke systems
o Confident working with both business and technical teams, owning requirements, user stories, and process mapping
o Experience in environments where user engagement, change control, and operational accuracy are key
o Strong interpersonal skills – assertive, proactive, and able to build trust quickly
o Able to challenge constructively, navigate complexity, and bring people with you
Desirable Extras:
o Familiarity with Appian or similar low-code workflow platforms
o Experience designing systems for high-volume data entry, case management, or public-facing services
o Background in healthcare, social services, or public sector transformation
