Full-Time, Permanent Position
Location: Central London (hybrid)
Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised to work alongside Deluxe’s external client.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Maintaining a range of accurate documents including distribution lists, creating these documents with data from the MACCS cinema booking system
2. Monitoring email inbox and replying promptly to cinemas globally requiring support for deliveries of DCPs and KDMs
3. Assisting where required on set/location for client filming productions, this may include international travel
4. Upkeeping and maintaining budgets, ensuring all distribution costs fall within set release budgets logging
5. Coding supplier invoices for payment in Medius
6. Producing cinema briefs to include distribution information for live and recorded content deliveries
7. Creating and maintaining distribution email lists for projects, and sending out key communications
8. Assisting with the classification process globally
9. Occasional support across event evenings and/or weekends, potentially on location.
10. When required completing department expenses
11. Keeping internal departmental dashboards up to date with project information
12. Generally undertaking any other duties, which may be reasonably requested of you by the Company for the effective functioning of its distribution businesses.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cinema and the media industry, as well as:
13. Excel skills at a high level.
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
15. Highly organised and able to work independently within own process.
16. Proven ability to identify the correct problem and solve it.
17. Knowledge of MACCS cinema booking system would be a plus.
