The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support Support pupils with ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and learning difficulties Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation Help pupils build confidence, independence, and engagement You’ll work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
