Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ – 2 PQE, Legal 500 firm, Cardiff Hybrid & Flexible working
We are recruiting for an excellent Legal 500 law firm with offices in London and the regions. The firm has a new role for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE) available due to strong performance and growth over the last year.
What is the role?
They are seeking a Commercial Property solicitor, with relevant qualified experience, to join their Commercial Property team based in Cardiff. The position is suitable for newly qualified (NQ) solicitors and above who have completed at least a 6-month training seat in commercial property.
As a team member, you will have excellent development prospects, enjoy significant responsibility, and work alongside experienced solicitors on high-quality cases. Your work may include:
* Advising on various commercial issues
* Acting for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and funders
* Handling portfolio acquisitions and disposals
* Dealing with freehold purchases and sales of commercial and business premises
* Development, Retail, Leisure, factory, office, and residential projects, including overage agreements
* Leases and renewals for landlords and tenants
* Rent reviews
* Landlord and Tenant Law

* Relevant qualifying experience in commercial property matters
