As a Cleaner with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
The Role
1. Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
2. Carry out general cleaning duties, including daily cleans and graffiti removal, to agreed standards
3. Provide a range of cleaning services across offices, meeting rooms, and toilet/shower facilities, including vacuuming and wet and dry mopping
4. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed using the correct methods, materials, equipment, and chemicals
5. Ensure all equipment is cleaned, stored, and secured correctly after use
6. Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and submit it on time
7. Follow all instructions from the Area Supervisor and Regional Facilities Manager
8. Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used safely and correctly
9. Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and personal hygiene standards
10. Report any hazards, near misses, or unsafe conditions to your manager
