Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist for its client based in Hereford.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Work as part of a wider Occupational Therapy team supporting a diverse service user group across rural, town, village, and city settings
* Supervise a small group of Occupational Therapy staff while maintaining a small caseload of complex cases
* Handle daily referral enquiries and participate in regular stakeholder meetings
* Undertake audits and contribute to service development and quality assurance
* Mentor staff and students, manage performance, and uphold professional and organisational standards
* Champion key specialisms such as Moving and Handling, Adaptations, Technology Enabled Living, and Community Equipment Store clinical leadership

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
* Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
* Experience in supervision and complex case management
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and service improvement
