Role Overview
Attending reactive callouts to diagnose and repair vending machines
Servicing, maintenance and component replacement across machines
Installation and setup of vending and refreshment equipment
Working towards KPI targets such as response times and first‑time fix rates
Completing accurate job records
Managing van stock and ensuring required parts are ordered
Providing professional communication with customers on site
What We're Looking For
Direct vending machine engineering experience - essential
Strong mechanical, electrical and fault‑finding skills
KPI‑driven individual with a strong work ethic
Confident communicator with good customer‑facing skills
Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
Hard‑working, reliable and able to work independently
Work Location
Field‑based role covering the Oxford region, supporting customers across a range of commercial environments. Travel is managed within your patch and paid door‑to‑door.
