Long term - Cover Supervisor
Location: Greater Manchester
Start Date: After Easter - Summer Term
Pay: £110- £140 per day (dependant on experience)

Simply Education is working with welcoming & supportive secondary schools in Oldham & Rochdale recruiting Cover Supervisors to start after Easter. These long-term roles are ideal for experienced cover supervisors or graduates seeking in-school experience before teacher training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise whole classes during teacher absences
* Deliver pre-set work and maintain a focused learning environment
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy
* Build positive relationships with students and support their learning
* Uphold school values and contribute to a respectful culture
Requirements:
* DBS on the update service (essential)
* Previous experience with young people in a school or youth setting (preferred)
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Calm, confident, and professional approach
* Flexible, reliable, and committed to the full school day
* Genuine interest in education and pupil development
