PA / Business Administrator, Newcastle (remote working in the main)
Salary circa £30,000 - £45,000
Full time or part time - flexible hours
My client is currently enjoying a period of growth and therefore has a requirement for an experienced PA / Business Administrator to join their busy and thriving team. The successful candidate will be required to provide comprehensive administrative support across all three arms of the client's business. This is a pivotal role supporting senior leadership, requiring someone who is confident, articulate, and able to operate with discretion and authority.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of business support activities, including but not limited to:
Sending invitations and coordinating communications
Chasing updates and liaising with an established client base
Event administration and coordination
Debt chasing and follow-ups
Diary management, meetings, travel arrangements and general organisational support
This role really is an “anything and everything” type role on the business support side and will suit someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment!

Flexible, dynamic, and resilient, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Someone with gravitas who can build credibility quickly and represent the business appropriately
Capable of understanding the wider business plan and providing meaningful, aligned support
You will be comfortable working autonomously, using your judgement to prioritise tasks, anticipate needs, and keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
