Operating with significant autonomy, the Senior Quality Engineer would be collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality principles early in the process, ensuring robust, scalable and user-centric solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What you'd be doing: Conduct functional, performance, security, and compatibility testing across platforms. Develop and implement test strategies that align with product goals and technical specifications. Lead efforts to improve testing frameworks, automation practices, and quality metrics. Collaborate with engineering, product and architecture teams to ensure testability and reliability are built into every stage of development. Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to the evolution of quality standards. Continuously identify opportunities for process optimisation and defect prevention.
