Summary
Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a full-time Event Manager responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising in-store Product Demonstrators. The role involves overseeing product preparation and presentation, training, and providing excellent service to Club members. The position requires effective communication with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators, including participation in grand openings of new locations.

Responsibilities
* Recruit, train, and hire part-time staff
* Oversee product preparation and presentation, ensuring food safety and sanitation
* Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration techniques and customer service
* Coordinate communication among managers, vendors, and demonstrators
* Participate in grand openings of new locations as needed
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2-4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
* Strong attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills
* Proven ability to lead teams effectively
* Ability to exercise independent judgment
* Capability to coach and counsel employees and take appropriate measures
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
