Administrator – Inclusive Learning Services Department
Hours: 18.5 hours per week.
Overview
Working in a busy office environment, you will provide efficient administration services for the Inclusive Learning Services department.
Responsibilities
* Prepare statistical information.
* Update and manage the Pro‑Solution database.
* Maintain up‑to‑date records of student support and costings.
* Administer the set‑up of annual review meetings, including contacting relevant parties and sharing documentation.
* Handle telephone and personal enquiries, ensuring accurate messages and taking minutes of meetings.
* Deal with student enquiries face‑to‑face and refer them to the appropriate person.
* Follow initiative and be proactive to meet high standards of customer service and professional communication.
Qualifications
* Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Forms) and relevant administration experience.
* Five GCSEs (grades A*‑C / 9‑4) including English Language and Maths, or equivalent.
* Familiarity with coordination of Additional Learning Support, EHCPs and exam access arrangements (pre‑entry applications, assessments, support plans) is an advantage.
