Chichester College Group is recruiting for a HR Services & Recruitment Team Leader on a maternity cover basis to join their friendly Human Resources team at Northbrook College in Worthing.
As our HR Services & Recruitment Team Leader, you will manage the HR Services team to provide an outstanding recruitment service to the Group. You will also provide knowledgeable, proactive and customer focused advice and guidance to staff and managers on a range of recruitment, contractual and family-friendly matters. The role involves ensuring a consistent, professional HR service is delivered, and so someone with a high degree of accuracy and good attention to detail would thrive in this role. This is the ideal progression opportunity for an HR professional who is looking to take their first step into line management.

The team is predominantly based in Northbrook College, but there will be a need for occasional travel to other campuses, including Chichester and Brighton.
Our HR Services & Recruitment Team Leader will have experience of recruiting staff in a large organisation, providing HR related advice and supervisory or management experience. You may have a Level 5 CIPD qualification, but if not, you will be working at an equivalent level.
This role is for a fixed term period of maternity cover for a maximum of one year, or until the return, resignation or replacement of the current post holder, whichever is sooner.
