Location: Cambridge
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 base + Bonus + Company Car

The Role
As Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing business in your territory. This is a field-based role where you’ll take full ownership of your client base, develop new opportunities, and help deliver the excellent service Bunzl is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of existing customers and support colleagues with larger accounts
Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
Monitor sales performance and provide monthly reports on key performance indicators
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client information
Visit customers regularly to provide quotes, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a commercially-minded individual with a strong track record in sales or account management. You’ll be confident working in a performance-driven environment and able to build strong, long-term customer relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in field sales or account management
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Target-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach
Strong organisational and reporting skills
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
