About the Role We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded National Account Manager to join our growing UK sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in a Key Account, National Account or commercial executive role who is ready to take the next step and own key customer relationships. You’ll play a central role in driving growth across our retail and wholesale channels, working with well-known customers and contributing directly to the company’s expansion ambitions. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with key retail and wholesale customers Deliver sales, revenue and margin targets across assigned accounts Identify and unlock new growth opportunities within existing accounts Lead customer planning including joint business plans, promotions and range reviews Analyse sales performance and use insights to drive decision-making Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and product teams Support new product launches into key accounts Negotiate trading terms, pricing and promotional activity What We’re Looking For 2–3 years’ experience in a commercial role (e.g. Key Account Executive, Key Account Manager, National Account Executive/Manager) Experience in medical devices, healthcare products, Consumer Electronics, or OTC (preferred) Strong commercial acumen with a desire to take ownership and grow accounts A proactive, self-starting mindset with the confidence to take initiative Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ambitious and motivated by career progression and growth What You’ll Get Clear pathway to increased responsibility and progression within the UK sales team Exposure to major retail and wholesale customers Opportunity to make a real commercial impact in a growing business Collaborative and entrepreneurial working environment Competitive salary, bonus and benefits package Why Join Us?
