In this Senior Finance Business Partner role, you will:
1. Manage the financial performance of three subsidiary companies, taking ownership of month-end close processes and management accounts
2. Providing project-level financial analysis, including charity and manufacturing/cost accounting
3. Supporting operational leaders with decision-making, pricing, and margin improvement
4. Leading budget setting and monthly forecasting for the subsidiaries
5. Providing financial advice and guidance to senior stakeholders across the organisation
To be successful, you will need:
6. Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or senior accounting role
7. Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting processes
8. Experience with cost or project accounting
9. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
10. Experience using accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel skills
11. A relevant professional qualification (or equivalent experience)
What’s on offer:
12. Fixed-term contract (12 months)
13. Full-time, Monday to Friday
14. Based in offices in Wrexham or St Asaph
15. Annual salary IRO of £46k - £50k depending on skills and experiences
