Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef in Italian cuisine, with a strong focus on pizza and pasta
Skilled in preparing and crafting authentic Italian sauces from scratch
Expertise in pizza dough making, hand-stretching, and baking in a traditional wood-fired or stone oven
Deep knowledge of classic Italian ingredients, herbs, and regional recipes
High standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Strong sense of timing, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced kitchen
Creative mindset with respect for Italian culinary traditions
Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
