Key Responsibilities
* Develop structured launch plans and manage cross-functional alignment across commercial, marketing, training and aftersales.
* Define go-to-market processes including compliance requirements and key milestones.
* Support creation of product materials including training content, brochures and specifications.
* Coordinate all product photography, videography and content capture activities.
* Assist in pricing, positioning and residual value considerations.
* Act as a subject expert for product-related topics across the organisation.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure coordinated delivery.
* Analyse competitor and customer insights to refine launch strategy.
* Support additional launch-related workstreams as required.
Requirements
* Experience managing new product launches within automotive or related sectors.
* Understanding of regulatory, technical and compliance considerations.
* Strong project management capabilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
