Are you looking for meaningful experience before moving into educational or clinical psychology? *** SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant *** September 2026 to July 2027 *** £90 - £105 per day *** SEN school, Ward of Edgbaston *** Support pupils with Autism or SEMH needs The Role: Support pupils with Autism or SEMH needs through a mixture of 1:1 work, small-group intervention, and classroom support. You will help pupils access learning, follow routines, regulate behaviour, build confidence, and engage more positively with school throughout the day. The Candidate: You are calm, observant, and able to build trust through consistency and clear communication. You want practical school-based experience, you can stay patient in a busy SEN setting, and you are interested in how the right support helps pupils with additional needs feel secure and make progress. Requirements Degree – A 2:2 or above in an SEN related subject. Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
