**What You’ll Do**
1. Developing Employment & Skills Plans for projects to satisfy 106 agreements.
2. Working with project teams and supply chain to deliver, monitor, and report on our Employment & Skills Plans.
3. Delivering community engagement activities such as career talks, CV writing workshops, leading volunteering activities, etc.
4. Creating and maintaining good relationships with local authorities, employment and education providers, charities, community projects, and other third-party organizations.
5. Supporting the proposals team with social value responses.
6. Supporting site teams with Considerate Constructor Scheme monitors visits.
