Position: Logistics Coordinator - Luxury Homeware Brand
Location: Little Hulton, Manchester (4 days office-based, 1 day WFH)
Salary: Up to £31,000 + Flexible start/finish times
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-17:00

Our client, a leading name in luxury homeware and textile products, is expanding their internal logistics team and looking for a Logistics Coordinator to help keep their supply chain moving smoothly across international markets.
Logistics Coordinator Role
As the business continues to grow, they're seeking a logistics professional to join their collaborative, friendly team. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced international operation-supporting everything from freight scheduling and customs compliance to supplier documentation and logistics reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, problem-solving, and building strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
Key Role And Responsibilities
* Managing inbound shipment schedules, coordinating with freight forwarders, ports, and warehouse teams
* Reviewing and verifying shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, GSPs)
* Ensuring customs entries are completed accurately and compliantly
* Supporting the processing of freight invoices and financial documentation (including letters of credit)
* Maintaining accurate logistics data and reporting to support business decisions
* Acting as a key point of contact across internal departments and external stakeholders
* Providing hands-on support with specialist customs procedures and warehouse planning
Experience Required
* Experience in Shipping/ocean freight and/or customs processes is highly desirable
* Strong attention to detail and confident with Excel and data systems
* A proactive communicator who thrives in a team-oriented environment
* Comfortable juggling priorities and making smart logistical decisions
* Down-to-earth, positive, and able to bring a bit of humour to the workplace
