Our client, a law firm with offices in High Wycombe and Marlow, is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their friendly Residential Property team.
The team has a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service and/or compliance experience.
The role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and you may be expected to work at either office.
Duties include
* Amending and collating letters, carrying out rigorous onboarding and compliance checks
* Liaising with clients and 3rd parties by email and over the phone and in person on occasions
* Supporting the team with general admin and day to day duties
* Drafting correspondence and documentation
Skills And Experience
* Experience in a customer service and/or compliance role of a similar nature
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Numerical
* Good with IT
* Knowledge of anti-money laundering and client due diligence procedures would be an advantage but not essential
