About The Role
As an ICT Assistant at CCHA, you'll be a key member of our ICT team, providing essential first-line support and contributing to the development of our systems. You'll be the initial point of contact for all ICT queries, managing helpdesk tickets, and ensuring our computer systems and equipment are well-maintained.
Your responsibilities include preparing, distributing, and maintaining hardware for staff, stakeholders, and tenants. You'll also play a crucial role in managing system users and onboarding new employees to CCHA systems. You'll report directly to the Senior ICT Officer, supporting the operational delivery of ICT services and projects.
This role is integral to CCHA's commitment to transparency, integrity, and exceptional service. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and the effectiveness of your colleagues, contributing to our "#oneteam" approach to create better outcomes for our customers.
About You
We're looking for someone dedicated to our values and eager to contribute to our collaborative environment. You'll proactively maintain and develop our internal helpdesk, staying updated on the latest tech and suggesting innovative solutions.
You'll provide essential ICT support, resolve issues, and escalate when needed. A key part of your role involves delivering training, documenting processes, and assisting with hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
You'll also configure and deploy ICT assets, maintain our asset register, and ensure device management. Clear and proactive customer communication is crucial.
Ensuring security products are functional, administering user accounts and permissions, and complying with policies are also vital.
