* Job Title: Multi-Skilled Heating Engineer

* Salary: £31,000 - £33,000 per annum
We are currently looking for an experienced maintenance engineer to join an established team supporting response maintenance in Coleraine and Derry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified plumber looking for a stable, long-term position with a competitive salary, role is full time, permanent M-F core working hours.

* £31,000 -£33,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5pm

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Gas/Oil Maintenance repairs and breakdown repairs.
* Annual Gas/Oil Services in Client's Private properties.
* Inspections and safety checks on Gas boilers.
* Safety checks and services on Oil appliances.
* Will be required to carry out other duties at the request of Management.
* Flexibility to cover other office locations may be required
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Gas Safe registered with experience in servicing domestic gas systems
* Experience in fault finding on domestic central heating systems and boilers
* Available to carryout call outs (on a rotational basis)
* Time served or Qualified Plumber
* Valid CSR Card
* Full Driving License
