DV Cleared Infrastructure Test Engineers x 2
Location: Onsite in Hamsphire
Contract Length: Initial 12 Months
Rate: £480 to £530 per day - Outside IR35
Clearance: Active DV Clearance Required
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review and execute Infrastructure Test Plans, Test Scripts and Test Cases.
- Perform functional, integration, system and performance testing across infrastructure environments.
- Manage defects through their full lifecycle, including identification, logging, tracking and resolution validation.
- Produce comprehensive test evidence, reports and assurance documentation.
- Validate infrastructure deployments against technical and business requirements.
- Support test readiness reviews, test execution activities and operational acceptance processes.
- Work closely with Infrastructure Engineers, Architects, Service Delivery teams and third-party suppliers.
- Identify testing risks, issues and dependencies and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies and tooling.
Essential Experience
- Active DV Clearance.
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure testing within secure, complex or enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong understanding of the full test lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
- Experience producing test strategies, plans, scripts and test evidence.
- Hands‑on experience conducting functional, non-functional and performance testing.
- Ability to work independently within highly secure environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Infrastructure Test SME - Virtual Desktop & Windows Technologies- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
- Windows Server administration and testing.
- Proxy services and proxy chaining technologies.
- Enterprise authentication and access management.
- End-user computing and desktop service validation.
Infrastructure Test SME - DNS & Virtualisation- DNS infrastructure and associated services.
- VMware vSphere and virtualisation platforms.
- Infrastructure services testing and validation.
- Network services and enterprise platform testing.
- Performance and resilience testing of virtualised environments
