Applicants must have full GMC Registration, a license to practice, and be eligible for inclusion in the GMC Specialist Register. UK-trained applicants should have evidence of higher specialist training leading to CCT or be within 6 months of confirmed entry from the interview date. Portfolio Pathway (formerly CESR) doctors are eligible to apply for a substantive consultant post once awarded. Non-UK applicants must demonstrate equivalent training.
This is a permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) post based in West Lothian NHS Addiction Service, Civic Centre.
We are recruiting for 10 sessions as a substantive replacement post, starting as soon as possible. The position is within the Lothian Substance Misuse Service, with all clinical sessions in West Lothian. The post holder may be required to work across NHS Lothian at other times. There is no on-call commitment.
